- Head of Admin: Presides over meetings, represents the Club publicly, and coordinates club activities.
- Assist administrator: Assists the head of admin and assumes duties in their absence.
- Secretary: Maintains meeting minutes, member rosters, and club correspondence.
- Treasurer: Manages club finances and prepares financial reports
- Debate Chair: Organizes debate topics, formats, and ensures fair moderation.
- Social Media Officers: Persons with responsibility for representing the club online.
